25 foot long fishing/leisure boat for sale. Having bought it last year as a project I have refurbished it with a new paint job. Also it has a new starter motor and alternator. A new seawater pump and batteries. The 2.4 Ford Transit. Diesel marine converted engine is running well. It has an onboard chemical toilet, galley with sink and cooking facilities. It has space to sleep two people. It has an electric anchor winch which cost £350. Most works completed just needs a little tlc and wood work on the sides but selling due to relocating abroad I’m unable to finish it as I wished. It’s a good boat and I’m sure will be well enjoy the next owner. The boat is currently out of water and located at Brandy Hole Boat Yard, Hullbridge, Essex on the River Crouch. Water and electricity on site and further refurbishment can be carried out there if desired.
