Fletcher Arrow Beau 18ft Speedboat

Hi this is my fletcher arrow beau 18ft speedboat with mercruiser inboard on a twin wheel trailer that has 5 good tyres and the brakes work fine. The boat hasn’t been used this season but I put a battery on and fired her up today and she started fine although starter was a bit lazy or battery a bit flat.
