Fletcher GTS Project Late 70’s VintageHull sound and interiorSBS Trailer included No Vat List of faults below: Exhaust manifold and exhaust riser U/S and leaking / cracked – the engine cannot be used on this systemTrim pump motor seized – a replacement motor is no longer available and we would have to have this motor repaired if possibleCarburettor fault – the carb is overfuelling causing the engines oil to become contaminated – carburettor repair requiredThere is excessive play in the transom shield steering pinThe transom gimbal bearing is seized solid – a full transom service will be requiredThe trim gauge sender units have been removed from the transom and are hanging in the engine compartmentThe gear oil was excessively low in the gearbox and is very oldThe transom bellhousing is allowing water to enter and restrict the shift cable actuator restricting gear shift – a replacement bellhousing / or repair will be requiredThe engines oil pan is corroded – has been previously repaired / welded but is beginning to leakThere is a 25psi drop in engine compression on cylinder No.4 (probably due to water ingress from the exhaust manifold / riser)
