Freeman 22 Canal Cruiser ,boat, With Mooring On Lancaster Canal

Reluctantly selling my Freeman 22 boat. Mr toad. Comes with gas cooker and grill. Sink. Tv. Dining table area which converts to bed.

Lots of storage , toilet and front bedroom. Safety certificate is until December 2020. It's a Ford petrol engine/ inboard , Starts up well and runs nicely. Comes with moorings on intake farm paid till march 2020. ( moorings cost 330 per year) moorings are secure with locked gate and parking.

There is artifial grass and seating and fence off for your own private mooring spot. And beautiful views surround. Only selling as need the funds for a project. Don't know a massive amount about boats but enough to sail it and maintaine it. Recently had a reconditioned starter motor.

Comes with solor panals so the 4 batteries don't go flat. One battery brand new. Comes with a few spares parts etc and everything needed will be left with the boat. This boat is 40 odd year old so not like new and been re painted in areas. But been lots of fun and will be missed.
