Glastron Carlson Small Block Chevvy 5.7 V8 Berkeley Jet Drive Hot Rod James Bond

This is a Glastron Carlson V8 Jet Boat, exactly the same model as used in the famous Bond film "Live and Let Die" You may remember the famous boat jump over the road (this had an outboard and a propeller) and in a later scene they drive a boat over a field and through a wedding - this was a Glastron with a jet drive, just like this boat The previous owner of this boat told me this exact boat was an extra from the Bond film, but as he couldn't give any proof I'm not sure I believe him. Anyway - it's a marinised Small Block Chevvy engine mated to a Berkeley Jet Drive, both of these are useful and valuable The Chevvy is ideal to fit into any car project, or as it's got all the marinisation parts - it can be fitted straight into any boat project too The Berkeley Jet Drive is a big powerful jet pump that moves a lot of water, you could fit it to a V8 Jetski project (if you are mental) or use it for your own Jet-boat idea. The parts alone sell for a fortune if you just wanted to break it. This boat didn't run for 15 years or more, it sat under a cover and was uncovered a few months ago, I wanted to renovate it but now don't have the time In the past few weeks the boat has had a brand new steering system (£160) a reconditioned Holley Carb (£150) new spark plugs (£45) We put some oil in the engine and used a 10l fuel tin to run fuel to the engine (the foam-filled fuel tank in the front is present, but unknown condition) The boat will not come with the fuel tin or the batteries The driver has throttle and steering, but none of the guages work This would be an amazing renovation project for anyone, or to be used for parts The trailer has a hand winch, it's all really strong and sturdy, replacement tyres fitted a month ago Videos of the boat starting on the trailer and driving around the lake here: https://youtu.be/fVopAAC8h3I https://youtu.be/Cv-hYjAvchI Photos below:
