Condition Description: 
I have owned Isla for 6 years she has allways been a sound dry boat. Please look carefuly at the pics as they form part of the description. Isla was built in Ross Kilda Denmark between 1976 and 1980. I bought the boat through Lochin Marine International in Newhaven. When I arrived to take possesion of Isla the previous owner had stripped out all of the paperwork. As with all 40+ year boats there will be minor cosmetic defects. Overall she is in a sail away condition. She is on a fore and aft mooring in Plymouth. Long fully encapsulated keel cast lead ballast 1800kg. No keel bolts. All internal doors and fittings close exactly as built showing that there are no issues with the deck or hull. I have all of the paperwork including bill of sale from Lochin Marine International from the time that I purchased the boat.

I am reluctantly selling my well loved boat as the years and arthritis are catching up to me. Please scrutinise the pictures as they form part of the description. The boat is on a fore and aft mooring in Plymouth therefore I will have to take you to it in my dinghy. Any Questions will be gladly answered. I am unsure of the exact date of the build as it was built at the Ross Kilda yard, The previous owner stripped the boat of all paperwork. I bought it through Lochin Marine International in Newhaven However I have the Bill of sale from the Brokers Lochin Marine International.
