The boat has not been used for several years. When not in use, it is placed on its trailer. Due to this, the GRP is believed to be in good condition. The boat is open to inspection and is to be sold as seen.There is very little woodwork on the Boat. The rubbing stake needs replacing. The rubber around the windows needs replacing too. The bottom is clean and apart from the anti-fouling, the hull and top sides have never been painted, making the job of tidying her up easier. Albin inboard engine, which due to standing, is in need of attention. The boat is in need of some TLC, is available for immediate collection. I

Halcyon 23 foot sloop. Built c 1973. I bought the boat c 1978 when it was nearly new. The boat has not been used for several years. When not in use, it is placed on its trailer.
