Harborough Marine Narrow BoatName: CharlotteLength: 49FTBeam: 6FT, 10"Built: 1979 Steel hull with over plating.Hull survey completed: Oct 2016.All remedial work completed, receipts & surveys available. Welding to back lockers, new weed hatch assembly & over-plating with 6mm steel to level of previous over-plating. Hull re-blacked & 4 new anodes fitted & painted externally with weather-shield paint in the past few months (Now June 2017). Diesel BMC 1.5 Engine (service manual included). New front canopy tailor made 2014.

New gas regulator and fittings last year, 3 gas bottles included. 3 leisure batteries, 1 starter battery. Boat safety certificate valid until 26th July 2019 Boat LayoutRear - Aft seating area with gas bottles, battery bank and storage lockers & lifebelt. Access to engine compartment via metal plating.Internally - Boat entered via double doors, down steps from rear into the main corridor which leads through the entire center of the boat. Back bedroom containing one set of bunk beds, sink, drawers and wet locker.

Airing cupboard containing hot water tank for Aldi gas boiler which provides hot water & central heating for the radiators. Carbon monoxide alarm fitted.This is separated from the next sleeping area by a door, which also has a set of bunk beds, sink, drawers and a double radiator. Then comes the toilet and shower area which can be sectioned off by clever use of the doors, closes off to provide private bathroom area, each section of the boat can be closed off for privacy.Toilet contains 'Traveler' flushing, pump out toilet. There is a full size shower with pump out via 'Whale' pump in base of shower.This leads to the galley with stainless steel sink, cutlery draw with water pump concealed under sink for domestic water and shower. 4 Ring gas hob oven and grill in very good condition.

12v electric fridge under worktop with small freezer compartment. Car radio fitted under counter with cd player - speakers located over sitting area in roof. Inverter for electrical equipment to produce 240v power. Lots of storage shelves in kitchen area.Galley leads to the sitting/dining/third & largest sleeping area (seating has locker storage underneath). This area also has a large radiator.

All seating has recently been re-upholstered, this area then converts into a kingsize bed or two singles.Double doors open from the seating area onto bow sitting area under canopy with carpet and cushioned seating and storage lockers containing hosepipe. Water storage tank in bow of boat and further storage locker with anchor for river crusing.All beds have personal electric reading lamps. All mattresses are internally sprung, in good condition & very comfortable.Many extras included. This is a lovely boat owned by our family for the last 13 years. We have had many happy holidays and adventures on her but its finally come the time to sell her.
