Heavenly Twins Sailing Boat Yacht Catamaran

I've owned this boat for 7 years but now selling as I don't have enough time to spend on her anymore. She is an ongoing project, but since she went in the water I've been sailing more than finishing. Centre cockpit cat with wheel steering to port hand side. Re-rigged in 2013, with mainsail cover and lazy jacks.Roller Reefing Genoa and Mainsail good but of unknown age.Reupholstered in 2017.Surveyed in 2018. Forward cabin consists of a U-shaped dining area / beds, across the centre with storage underneath.Drop down into the port hull for the galley - 12v fridge, 240v socket, Gas Cooker (not connected), hot and cold water (not connected).Starboard hull consists of a changing area with 240v socket & heater + storage, and the heads with toilet, sink and drain away deck.

Forward of the heads is a large fresh water tank. Starboard aft cabin houses a double bedroom with storage and 4' real matress. Port aft cabin houses the engine room with low hours Beta 20hp engine (fitted 2018) (twin hydraulic drive to individual props), 2 x 240v sockets, 240v Distribution Panel (240v sockets in all cabins), 12v charger, storage and rope rail. 2 x fire extinguisher + fire blanket.2 x electric bilge pumps & 2 x manual bilge pumps.Radar reflector, upper and lower nav lights, anchor and deck lights, masthead VHF radio, stereo, Clipper depth sounder and speed (separate), compass, 2 x anchors with chain and warp. Fenders and mooring lines.Other electrical onboard but not tested Inc GPS and spare depth sounder.

Custom built cockpit cover with partial side coverings. + many spare items that the buyer might want left. Personal items in the photos are not included - unless the price is right.Mooring available at the marina, or can be transported on UK roads with an escorted low loader, at a cost to the buyer.
