Thank you for viewing this listing. I will endeavour to answer any questions.Hillyard's yachts were built to last! Here we have one of two that were built in 1936 to shark fish out of Falmouth. After a successful working life, she returned to the Hillyard boat-yard in the early '70's to be reborn as a 36ft ketch rigged motor sailor. She is stiff, sea-kindly and sails well, despite her motor sailor tag.
Below decks she oozes traditional character and would make a good live-aboard. Evelina is a bit of a project. She was kept in the water all year until May when I had her lifted out as I do not have the energy to maintain her.Obviously she needs a lot of love, time and paintHer lister engine has been serviced by me and starts on the button every time. She was recaulked below the waterline in 2014.Included in the sale everything you can see in the photos except for the dingy oars.
