Catamaran sailing boat.On 21-Aug-22 at 22:19:00 BST, seller added the following information: Revised info - We’re selling our wonderful catamaran, she’s 23 feet long by 10 feet wide. She’s berthed in Cap d’Agde a great marina in the south of France. She’s a Hirondelle mk1 which we’ve improved and modernised with: New electrics 2017Tinted acrylic windows all round 2017 & 2018 (listed photos were taken before we replaced the front windows)Standing and running rigging replaced 2017Jabsco sea toilet 2017New main sail 2018, stored inside when not in useLazy Jacks 2020New battery 2020Battery charger 2018 She is fitted with a long shaft Honda 10hp 4 stroke outboard engine which is about 10 years old, runs well and is regularly serviced.The jib head sail is fitted onto a Plastimo roller furling system which works well. She comes complete with mooring lines, anchor and chain, fenders, boat hook and is ready to go. We haven't currently got any photos of the interior, I'll pop down to the boat and take some when we're back in france next week.
It's pretty standard, if you google a Hirondelle catamaran that'll be what she looks like. The mooring is on an annual basis payable quarterly at 524,76 euros including water and electric in January, April, July and October. The first 3 payments have been made so it's not due again until October. The marina has services close by including showers, toilets, launderette and parking. It's key pad gated entrance to the pontoon.
Cap d'Agde is a vibrant town with various restaurants, bars, food markets, clothes and gift shops, casino, water park in the summer etc. The winning bidder should pay 10% of the purchase price within 2 hours of the auction ending with the balance to be paid within 2 weeks of the auction ending or at hand over if sooner.
