House Boat Project

Live aboard houseboat project 27ft long 10ft widegrp hull and a wooden shell it does have the space for an engine with controls in the kitchen area/helm80% donebsc till 2021 currently insured river licence till April next year moorings payed till end of June i bought this boat around 2 years ago as a bare shell and in that time with assistance i have got it to where it is today but now have other priorities and this has to go it comes with:running and working 10kva diesel lombardhini marine generator that is cooled by river water working power showerworking macerator toilet 200l water tank plumbed in50l clarifier working hob on propaneworking hot and cold taps ring main is in for 240v electrics so as soon as you start that generator you have 240vthere is also a 3 x battery bank and a victron inverter with Mitsubishi solar panels and there is a shunt fitted so you can monitor on your phone or the panel in the kitchen it has had the front deck and both sides fibreglassed and then painted and the whole boat has been painted this year bad bits:there is work to be done on the inside the living room area needs fitting out the bathroom needs finishing offthe bedroom needs minimal work the rear door is not secure where it was unfortunately broken into depending on how fussy you are this is a boat that you can move onto immediately and live on as a work in progress.
