Houseboat Live Aboard Cruiser

Rachel Rose, a 30ft by 10’2ft wide-beam Norfolk broads Dawncraft cruiser. She's got a convertible roof, that opens up the internal driving/living/kitchen areas, and a small toilet/shower room and back bedroom, and a little outside space. The Safety certificate is being renewed currently, where the cooker has had to be disconnected in order to pass, but Otherwise mechanically all working. The toilet needs a service due to needing new seal for flush action but is Jebsco pump-out model. New engine recently fitted by Rcr (1.8 bmc, under warranty, until October 2017) and she is great fun to drive from inside driving seat.

Available with or without Kingston/Hampton wick non res mooring. Interior needs tlc/tidy up/makeover. She is 4 Beth, with small living area including log burner next to 4/5 seater bench seats and the driving seat, full cooking facilities and a separate toilet/shower room (boiler recently serviced). The back bedroom has a small double bed, with storage and desk space, but again, needs a makeover. She has been a lovely home / handy floating studio, but I'm not living on her anymore and have moved away from her mooring.

I have had all major work done recently (new engine fitted with warranty, safety certificate till 2021), so now she really just needs minor electrics, plumbing, and a good facelift.
