Liberty 22 "project" for sale in Manchester.The good:Hull believed sound including recent professional bulkhead repairs and replacement of quarter berth.Recent professional hull GRP repairs filling in redundant cutouts.New professionally made windows.New Houdini Hatch.On a good two wheel trailer with piggyback trolley.Lightweight 5 hp two stroke engine.Sails seem decent.Work needed:Interior partially stripped and re-lined - needs finishing! No electrical system.Rig needs some (I think minor) corrosion repair.Running rig needs replacement.Trailer brakes functional but need service.Reason for sale - I bought this as a hobby project. But my partner doesn't really enjoy sailing... purchase of a narrowboat now means my time for tinkering is much reduced. I'm really torn - I would like to slowly finish the project - but the best for the boat might be if someone with more available time finishes the job.
