Hurley 27 Yacht Boat 4 Berth Inboard Offers Accepted Need Gone Asap

I am selling my Hurley 27 yacht, it is located in Shoreham port at the moment and need sell ASAP.I bought the boat two years ago with the aim to start sailing but never really got around to it and now i have a little one on the way i cannot afford the to keep it any longer. Boat is in good condition, comes with loads of different sails (again not a sailor!), It needs antifouling before it can be used properly but other than that i have kept the boat clean and tidy. Recently replaced the battery as it went flat. It has an inboard engine that was running last year however i haven't checked in since, needs a new choke cable and some fresh diesel but it was fitted with a brand new starter motor when i got it and the previous owner kept it in very good nic so should still run. The cheapest i can find one of these online is £3500 but i need to get rid of it so there is no reserve price and this needs to be gone as soon as possible.
