Intro 22 (Act) - 22ft Grp Yacht

Intro 22 yacht http://sailboatdata.com/viewrecord.asp? Class_id=6281 Located Erith Yacht Club. Currently on moorings since April but will be taking out this weekend. Hull was antfouled with Hempel in April. Selling as upgrading to slightly larger yacht.

Selling this one as i need the space and the money towards the next . Yacht comes with yard/launch trailer (trailer is not road legal though as has no brakes as usually connected to tractor at yard for launch and storage) New Tohatsu 6HP Saildrive (bought in 2015 - with receipts), last had a full professional service in April this year 2017 (with receipt) New Rudder and tiller custom designed by Tony McKillikon in 2015 made out of marine mahogony. (at a cost of £1000) Instruments are: Nasa clipper duet speed log/depth (working) Garmin fishfinder (new in 2016 - as a backup depth gauge) new LED cabin lighting twin gas hob on gimbal (left burner not staying on, needs a regulator replaced) Jabsco sea toilet Sink (no water tank, removed a few years ago due to disintegration and i just use bottles water instead of a tank, just needs a new one) boat has 4 jibs and two mains and one spinnaker and pole (spinnaker needs a repair as does one of the mains), one of the mains and jibs was serviced in may this year. Generally all the sails are aged but mostly usable. I will be replacing the tiller with a non extendable one.

And will be keeping the stereo radio, will replace with another car radio as im taking them with, I am also taking the Lowrance as it cost me a lot on maps and the boat im getting needs one. Twin leisure batteries both charged via a solar regulator bu the 80W bosch panel on the hatch. Stereo speakers in the cockpit and cabin with a speaker selecter. VHF radio. Yacht had a survey about 2 years ago and had the ok, will need to find the paperwork, also have paperwork somewhere showing previous owners purchases and history of the boat.
