In excellent sailing condition but needs some cosmetic updating.
Description: 

We are upgrading to a newer larger yacht but Louisa is an excellent yacht, built in 1974, totally seaworthy. Easy to sail (the previous owner sailed her singlehanded) and beautifully behaved. She comes with radio, garmin, compass, depth sounder and auto pilot (which we have never used). She has a two ring gas hob, Lifebuoy. Manual Anchor.

Spinnaker, pole, Headsail and Mainsail all in good condition. Stays are good, some of the lines are worn. Rotostay runs like a dream. Engine starts first time every time. She is currently moored on the River Medway at Medway Yacht Club.

She is more than capable of being sailed to your own location. Beam is 7' 4" and Length 26' 5"
