Island Plastics IP23/4. A lovely example of this very popular sea worthy Motor Sailor. These GRP boats were manufactured by Island Plastics and are based on traditional fishing lines. The Hull is heavily constructed and has been fitted with twin steel bilge keels. These give the boat great stability in heavy seas and allow her to sit comfortably on a mooring which dries.She has a comfortable forward cabin and an enclosed wheel house to keep you dry and in the shade in all weather's.

The forward cabin is a cosy twin or double birth. In the saloon theres seating which converts into a large single or a cosy double. The heads has a pump out toilet and sink and the main cabin has a gas cooker. There is a lovely two cylinder yanmar engine which let's her cruse along nicely at 5knots and when the moment takes you, you can hoist the main and furl out the head sail. The sails are in nice useable condition.

She's has some electronics to include a GPS. The boat has not been used for over a year and will require a little tlc to make her ready for your adventures, either fishing, sailing or pottering up rivers and up creeks we're you can dry out... She is currently on a mooring at Hartlepool marina waiting for her new owner... She would make a cracking, extremely safe family boat to teach the kids to sail and camp out in, more fun than a caravan and great for the summer holidays.....im selling the boat for a dear friend who hasn't got access to the Internet...
