Itchen Ferry 22ft Yacht Sailing Boat

Hatcher is an Itchen Ferry 22ft Sailing boat located in Brightlingsea Essex. 4 berth family boat with full head hight - Hatcher has been loved and cared for by us. This is a genuine reluctant sale, me and my family are re-locating to Connecticut in America and i don't fancy battling the Atlantic in her! Hatcher has been completely restored (head and forward cabin need new headlining) and modernised since i purchased her. Professionally painted top sides and deck with International toplac and new grey anti-slip.

The Hull was re painted in Norfolk Green with three coats and looks great (pics 3 & 4). 50w flexible Solar panel professionally fitted (pic 6) with new deck glands and brand new dual controller which has a 110ah leisure battery and a high crank Vitara starter battery. There is a battery smart meter which regulates the charging located next to the VHF (pic 8). I had the rear cockpit hatches replaced in 2015 (pic 7) and she looks very smart. Engine is a Yanmar YSB8 which has been regularly serviced by Sovryn Marine using genuine Yanmar parts from French Marine.

I also have a Yanmar YSB 8 onboard spares kit which is worth £125 alone. She runs wells and pumps water, i have not had her stop working on me. Electronics fitted are:NASA Depth Sounder - New transducer in 2017 NASA Wind Meter - Fitted in 2015Compass with back light - Fitted in 2017 Cobra GPS VHF - Fitted in 2017 Raymarine DragonFly Chartplotter and Fishfinder (for the depth) inc Navionics GOLD local chart - Fitted in 2017 Sales were cleaned and small repair made by Advantage Sails in 2015. New Halyards and rigging replaced and upgraded in 2015. There is a two ring gas cooker on board with grill - never used the grill to be honest.

All navigation lights have been checked and working when she has re-wired and new switch panel installed. Cabin lights are 10w, however some have been replaced with LED - was going to be my summer project. We have begun to tidy up the interior and upholster the cushions, this is a work in progress and i can explain more to anyone who is interested, We have enough new material to finish the job. I have mountains or receipts and invoices for the boat - all this will be transferred to the new owner. I know the owner of the yard very well and you could keep her there if you need a yard for storage agreed at the same price i currently pay. This a massive amount of boat for the money and I'm sad to have to sell her but everything must go except the wife, kids and dog!
