The yard storage is close to where I live and £28 a month. I pay monthly and this could be continued by her new owner if requited. We have had great fun sailing this boat on Windermere on a holiday mooring and had planned on using slipways to access other cruising grounds. She has a very shallow draft with the keel up and is very stable and reassuring with it down. There are no electronics on the boat other than the bilge pump a 12v cigarette lighter socket and a depth sounder.

I didn’t get round to connecting the depth sounder although it is cracked and probably doesn’t work . It’s a nasa target and the transducer is present on the boat. The hull has been painted by the previous owner and it was always my intention to repaint her as there are some minor scrapes where she has rubbed against jetties. The outboard is a Yamaha 8 hp 2 stroke with a remote tank which has proved very reliable. It will require an annual service this year.

She’s a great little cruising yacht and I bought her to trail and sail with my family. The accommodation comprises of a double Vee berth in the forepeak and a long side berth on the starboard side. There is a saloon table with seating fore and aft for 5 which can be folded down to create a double berth. She has a slide away galley with an Origo 2 burner spirit stove We’ve had a lot of fun this summer and have now bought a larger yacht, so she is now surplus. We towed her easily behind both a Landrover freelander and a camper van.
