2003 Jeanneau Cap Camarat 615 WA for sale, named ‘Kingfisher’. This boat is an excellent safe stable fishing or leisure craft with its deep V hull, high freeboard, full transom, large guard rails and self-bailing deck. Features/specification of the boat include:· 21.5ft length, 7’10” beam· 2 berth cuddy cabin (nicely appointed with blue cushions, wood trim, carpet and full headlining on the roof and hatch)· Seating for 6 plus a moulded seat at the front· 170l fuel tank· Hydraulic steering· Power tilt & trim outboard· Depth sounder/fish finder· Automatic electric bilge pump· Swim ladder· 7kg Danforth anchor (nearly new) with ~3m of chain and 30m of rope· 3x 20l metal jerrycans for refuelling· Includes a selection of bits and bobs including 2 spare batteries, life jackets, ropes, funnel, fuel stabiliser etc. The motor is a Mercury Optimax 150 Saltwater outboard. This engine is a 2.5l V6 direct injection 2-stroke, it gives remarkable fuel efficiency at low loads compared to conventional 2 strokes or even modern 4 strokes.

At idle it uses ~1.2l/hr, at 5 knots around 3l/hr, it’s also more than capable of towing water-skiers etc if that’s your thing. It starts straight away every time, hot or cold and runs perfectly. Acceleration is excellent and it can stay on plane at around 3000rpm. The wooden trim on the gunwales would benefit from re-varnishing, I may do this before the sale if I have time. Also the green sides might benefit from a polish.
