Keep It Simple Built in 2004 by Liverpool Boat Company she is 57’ x 10’ with double glazed and fully collapsable bespoke wheelhouse. Boat Safety Certificate until 2018 Currently lying on a residential mooring in Inverness Stern to Bow (All measurements are approximate, this is a boat after all!) Bespoke Wheelhouse Approximately 10ft x 8ft the lower section was constructed in steel with Iroko used to frame the double glazed windows. Crafted by a highly skilled master shipwright and has created a wonderful extra inside dining and seating space fitted out in oak and mahogany with hand crafted oak strip flooring, which allows access to the engine room. Inside is a seating and dinning area which comfortably seats 6 adults, it can convert into a double bed for guests and there is loads of storage in the seats themselves. There is a much needed radiator and 240v/12v power.
The original tiller steering has been converted to hydraulics and a steering wheel. Galley Oak steps lead down from the Wheelhouse (with lots of storage underneath each step). The galley has two large corner cupboards, further shelving and kitchen units (including space saving ironing board and mini cloakroom) and was completed in August 2016. It has a new Baumatic gas oven and gas hob, a standard 240v full size fridge and freezer. The galley has over 3 metres of solid oak work space to prepare meals and works very well as a practical and bright family kitchen.
One cupboard contains the electrics, the inverter and charger. Snug Bespoke seating with storage and a new 4KW Valor Willow multi fuel stove. Cabin 2 The second cabin is 11’ x 7’ and has bespoke bunk beds (standard 3’ x 6' 6" singles) with storage underneath and a desk/shelving area along with room for two single Ikea wardrobes. Bathroom 7ft x 5ft There is a white 1500mm bath with shower mixer over. Sani-marine C48 macerator toilet, sink, glass shelf and mirror.
The electrics and pumps are located behind the toilet and under the bath with hatches to get access if needed. A panel hidden in the wall houses the pipe work to connect the toilet to the holding tank. Full height double cupboard provides much needed storage at the top, whilst below houses the Brand New Indesit (February 2017) Washer / Dryer. One small radiator, one ceiling vent with extractor fan and porthole. Cabin 1 (Mastercabin) 9ft x 13ft 2013 we incorporated the outside deck area to become part of the internal living area.
This created a much larger living space which allows for a king size bed, underneath the bed is where the stainless steel 500l freshwater tank is housed as well as the 205l black water tank. Furthermore there is storage space under the bed and this room benefits from one large radiator. There are two built in wardrobes with drawers below and a further corner storage cupboard. Engine Room Isuzu 55 engine, anchor and chain along with loads of storage space and the boiler and calorifier. 250l diesel tank is incorporated in the skin, with extra oil drums for more storage for the winter months.
Heating There are 6 Radiators throughout and they are powered by a brilliant Harworth Heating Pressure Jet Diesel Boiler (housed in the engine room). The brilliant Bubble Jet Boiler heats the water and the radiators superbly and runs economically on diesel. There are 6 Caldwell Single glazed windows and three port holes, one in the bathroom is frosted. There are also duck doors fitted along the corridor and a Caldwell double glazed houdini hatch in the master cabin, as further emergency exits. The boat has engineered oak flooring throughout which was laid in June 2016.
Paint Hull blackened July 2015 (and new anodes) Cabin Sides June 2015 Insides painted throughout 2016 The changes we made to the stern and bow have added around an extra 12ft of internal living space. The beauty is you are still only paying for a 57' mooring! Loads more pictures available, feel free to ask any questions. Can provide information on Moorings and Haulage.
