Condition Description: 
Hull and deck is is in great condition. Its recently been resprayed. Mast is in fine condition as well.
Description: 

It is a project which I no longer have the time to finish. I have put many hours into her already and just need her gone. Has all your standard running rigging. It needs new chain plates and sails to get her sailing. (I can provide the sail dimensions and recommend the second hand sails I was intending to buy) In the cockpit there is outboard well where you can mount an outboard.
