Laser 13 Sailing Dinghy Yacht Boat On Combi Trailer

I bought this boat around 5 years ago and have probably only sailed it approx 6 times, and only on lake Windermere. Its a fantastic little boat which can easily taken out single handedly, or with a few friends. From what i have been told by the previous owner, it was manufactured in 2000, but i have no paperwork, or information about the boat to confirm this! Good points; Has a combi- road trailer so can be left at a club, or save your wheel bearings and just launched on its trolleyHas a new kicker but never used. Need to be fettled a little bit to fit (Cost £100ish)Has a new High Quality cover, (well 18 months old) made by 'Ultimate Sails' (Cost £160ish)Comes with Mainsail with a float at the Head, 2 x Jibs, Spinnaker, and Spinnaker Bar (off a Mirror) One new Road WheelFairly new large ratchet strap for securing the boat too the trailerNew Tiller handle (Laser)Spare Tiller handle (Non Laser)Swing KeelComes with an Anchor, chain and warpHas a large storage compartment with a sealed hatch for access at the Bow.

Not so good points; Typical dings and scratches on the hull from shallow waterTwo benches would benefit from rubbing down and re-varnishing due to slight peelingSome of the lines would benefit from replacing. They still do their job, but personally wouldn't like to be out on the water on one or two fail Launch Trolley has been welded and repaired at some point (Not sure if this is a good or not so good point to be honest)Tips of keel and rudder may benefit from a touch up as they are slightly chippedSome of the shackles and one or two bits of the metalwork could do with replacing as they are not correct although they do their job at the moment.Couple of rust stains on the sailsBoat cover looks somewhat older due too sun bleaching in last summers heatwave! Tyres are flat on the launch trolley and may need replacing Its not the best example of one of these boats if i'm honest. The previous owner didn't appear to look after it particularly well, but it does sail a treat, and works as it should, it's actually quite a good looking boat! All said and done, these Laser 13's don't come up very often and a great for a day out with a small family, or great just to learn to sail on if i'm honest.
