Condition Description: 
The boat is clean and tidy and has had the following upgrades since I have owned it. Window seals replaced 2014, standing and running rigging replaced 2016. Painted inside and out at the start of last season. Also anti-fouled each year since we have owned her including 2017. Road trailer (available by separate sale) serviced 2017. Mariner outboard (available by separate sale) serviced 2017. Viewing and inspection of boat, trailer and engine invited and encouraged. We believe the hull is in good condition and osmosis free but this is an older boat with some wear and tear.

Mariner Outboard available for £ 295 to buyer of boat , professionally served 2017, with facility to charge battery and attach to external fuel tank (external fuel tank included in purchase of engine). Galvanized road trailer available for £295 to buyer of boat , bearings professionally checked and greased and new tyres 2017. Viewing and inspection of boat, trailer and engine invited and encouraged.

We believe the hull is in good condition and osmosis free but this is an older boat with some wear and tear.
