Along for sale with is the platform measuring 3m x 5m making a great outside space. Plan was to build upon and have connecting vessel. The engine is nearly new being from an oil rig its not been really used apart from start and service use. The POD is from early eighties and i do have the full running manual and instructions. it was designed for 28 persons POD will free stand on hard ground and could be used for many possible ventures, home, floating bar, restaurant food outlet, or amazing garden bedroom etc. it has high value as AB&B as you may imagine. POD £10,000 Platform £5000.00 or £14000.00 for both no offers less can be considered sorry to say.
