Welcome to the sale of our beloved Anastasia, a 95% restored LISTANG 25! She is a highly seaworthy and very fast fin & bulb racer/cruiser sailing yacht - the Listang 25 won the RORC 1/4 ton cup in 1969, the winning design now converted into a comfortable cruiser. Anastasia was built in 1979 in the UK by JuxtaMare Marine, designed by Karl & Klaus Feltz and has been fitted out as a 5 berth cruiser with double forepeak berth, lockers below, deck hatch, heads to starboard, galley to port behind bulkhead, U-shaped saloon to starboard with table which converts to another double berth, single pilot berth starboard aft quarter and chart table to port, aft of galley. Hull was antifouled in 2015 and she has been in fresh-water since then (Exeter ship canal). Keel bolts were replaced in in 2014 along with new skin fittings and plumbing. No leaks anywhere on boat including hatches, windows, deck fittings etc. Anastasia is currently moored at the Turf Hotel, Turf Lock, on the Exeter Ship Canal in the beautiful RSPB Nature Reserve of Exminster Marshes. Turf Lock Current mooring fee is £93.24 per month and the new owner will have the option of retaining the mooring at this rate if desirable.
Turf lock opens to the Exe estuary, giving easy access to the many ports and anchorages of Lime Bay and the English Channel beyond.
