For sale is our much loved boat ‘To Nagi’. She comes with her secure mooring in Goole. The boat is based on a Seamaster 8m hull. It has been custom built on top to make it an ideal liveaboard or holiday boat. The boat comprises of a full kitchen, aft cabin, bedroom and toilet bathroom.

It has a charming wooden interior and plenty of head height. Large panoramic windows look out onto the water making the boat a beautiful and relaxing space to be in whatever the weather outside. Above the bed are two extra large windows to stargaze under. The boat is equipped with everything you need to relax and enjoy life on the water including an Eberspacher diesel heater, 2 x solar panels, leisure and engine batteries with marine grade chargers, alarms, new fridge freezer, gas cooker and oven, a full sea lighting rig for night sailing, gps, VHF radio, wind direction gauge and a depth finder. The electrics on the boat were professionally done to the highest spec with artic grade cable used throughout.

All lights are LED to keep electricity costs to a minimum. Everything about the boat is designed to be sustainable and efficient with the capacity to live off grid if desired. Because it was intended as a live aboard it has plenty of storage above and below deck. It has has just had its boat safety certificate renewed (exp. August 2024) and a new canopy fitted.

It has a very reliable 120hp Ford Sabre diesel engine that is super cheap to run. With its semi displacement hull you can go on an adventure exploring coastal waters, cross the channel to go wine tasting in France or just take it easy on the UK canals exploring the beautiful countryside perhaps mooring up outside a pub for a nice real ale. The boat is moored in a secure marina with cctv and locked gated pontoons. It has on site shower and washing facilities and is located just off the M62 so is perfect for commuting to/from Hull, Leeds or York. The marina is ideally situation for sailing on the river Humber, the river Ouse and the Aire and Calder canal.
