Lurhs 36ft Sports Fishing Boat

Hi Folks up for sale my Rare lurhs 1984 10.4 meter sports fishing boat based in Ardrossan Harbour I really don't want to sell her but unfortunately i just dont get the use for her now. Grab a bargain no reserve great for fishing trips. This bout is worth 35- 40k full survey report done in 2020 valued at 28k this was before it had thousands spent on revamp. There really isnt many of these in the uk if any. I really don't want to sell her but I don't get to use her much these days looking to sell or px for smaller boat no ribs ideally a merry fisher or similar with cash my way or a newish pick up with cash my way.
I have 2 trips booked I need to do before she goes so ideally would like to get a deposit paid and the sale date for the end of the month viewings welcome. This boat has got everything you need she was stripped inside over the winter all new carpets and fleece lined. All safety items renewed and tested. She has been stripped re painted all new anodes all round everything greesed and sealed. She only went back in the water on Wed last week.
She comes with 2 twin 8.2l v8 turbo detroit diesel engines she sounds great and start with 1 turn of the key. Fuel tanks hold 250l each side.The engines are bulletproof and very easy to work on.twin engine control with front and rear thrusters very easy to maneuver. Front and rear bilge pumps with safety overflow pit. She has a 200l water heater tank for hot water and 2x fresh water 150l tanks this give you fresh water when at sea for the sinks and the toilet. She also has a 40 Barr fresh water pump for power to the sinks and the deck hose.
Electric wise all 24v there is a fridge freezer/microwave/240 convertor/6x twin 240v sockets/12x cabin spot lights under and 10x outside so very well light up. There is a shower and toilet pump also a Mercinator to pump wast to sea via toilet.there is a 249v battery charging kit installed to charge the battery automatically when connected to 240v. Main wheelhouse has raymarine radar and sonar radio kit and new fish finder with upgraded GPS there is also all new instruments fuel gages and speedos temps I haven't had time to replace but there there as well. For safety you have your radio with GPS finder new man over board ring and flasher with new overboard Rope and hook there is also a installed life raft with all new flares so no need to worry. Outside you have a large 8ft by 12ft space plenty of room for fishing at the back there is also 4x rod holders and drink holders just put in over the winter.
3 underfloor storage compartments and 12 rod holdersoutside and 6 more inside.
