Hi, you are looking at my auction for my Marina 20ft cabin cruiser called Lady Medina. Happy on either river or canal. New 4 year boat safety certificate last month. Thames licence until January 2023. No mooring available with her.
Currently moored near Abingdon, Oxfordshire. She has a very nice 2016 Tohatsu 15hp 4 stroke engine. It is electric start. Runs very well and goes into forward and reverse easily. The inside is in very nice condition with lovely woodwork.
The kitchen area has an electric water tap and tiled work surface. I have put a brand new electric induction hob on her and the saucepan is included. There is no gas on board. To power the hob and engine are 2 brand new 110a/h AGM leisure batteries. These start the engine with ease.
They are charged by a 315w solar panel or the engine while running or a 220v battery charger. They also run a 3000w Renogy inverter, with remote start in the cabin, and all the 12v needs like the brand new LED cabin lighting. The sun and engine have always provided plenty of power year round. There is no night heater on it right now, but the exhaust and air blower hoses are there for one to be installed if required. There is a large toilet cubicle with a porta poti.
There is loads of storage; in the kitchen cupboards, under the seating, in the cockpit and a nice set of cupboards under the front windows. There is also a pull out table under the front windows. She is a 2 berth with plenty of room for long legs. Although head room isnt the greatest in the cabin, it isnt to bad. There is plenty of head room in the cockpit.
The cockpit is well protected with a removable hood, roll up back access and removable sides. It could possibly do with replacing, although is fully waterproof and useable as is. The rear and starboard windows do need replacing as I have had to use duct tape on them when they cracked. The port one has been replaced so is fine. The worst bits are the bow rail did get bent by another captain being a little silly with the space he thought he could get into in front of us one time.
And the hood. I also havent finished connecting the outside lights and horn to the new electric panel at the helm. There is a cage on the back that used to house the fuel tank. But I didnt like that as it made it very difficult to reach the primer pump and refuel, so I moved it into the engine well as seen in the pics. I have included a video of the engine at idle showing the good cooling water flow.
Please remember you are bidding to buy. No returns. Any questions, please let me know. Good luck!
