Master Marine Steadfast 30 "charis Ii"

Charis II, steadfast 30 for sale. My Dad has decided to give up a life of sailing and it's with a heavy heart that he's asked me to list his beloved vessel. It's been lovingly refitted by a master joiner (all his work...) and is in great condition. Viewing times friday - sunday. (my parents live 120 miles away from the boat and come up at weekends only).

Hardwood coach roof hand rails. Self draining centre cockpit. GRP cockpit arch. Twin Iron Ballast filge keels. Wheel steering to skeg hung rudder .

Self draining anchor locker. Accommodation: The accomodation offers up to six berths in three cabins. Open backed wheelhouse with helm position to centre in cockpit. Galley to starboardwith stainless steel sink with H&V water supply, Plastimo Neptune 2000 two burner gas cooker with oven and grill. Dinette opposite to port and cockput aft with U Shaped seating and access to aft cabin comprising two single berths with storage above and below and hanging locket.

Two deck vents. Steps leading down to main saloon, U shaped seating area forward with storage above and below, table to centre. Opening hatch to deck. Escape hatch to forward deck, Heads to port with Jabsco sea toilet and vanity unti with H&C water supplu opening hatch to deck. Owners cabin to starboard comprising double berth with storage above and below, hanging locker and vanity unti with mirror and seat.

Hatch to deck. Full interior lighting, carpets and curtains. Mechanical systems: Located under the wheel house floor. Volvo Penta MD2030B three cylinder diesel engine. Electric start Fresh water cooled via raw water hear exchanger.

Sail drive to three bladed aluminium propeller. Cruising speed 4 knots maximum speed 6 knots . Rannai water heater. Eberspacher diesel fired warm air heating. ALternator chargin to 3 x 12V batteries (2012) 240 volt shore power Sails and spars: Sloop rigged with silver anodised aluminium mast, boom and spinnaker pole.
