Matilda 20 Sailing Boat

Matilda 20 sailboat project for sale. Great little 4 berth sailboat. Has a drop keel with a lead weight at the bottom. Plenty of space inside to host a small group of crew for a weekend of sailing. Propulsion comes in the form of an outboard (not included) using an outboard bracket on the stern.
Lots of parts and fittings come with the boat including winches, cleats, electronic equipment, sails and the mast (however the mast does require work, as does the keel). With a beam of 8ft its a really stable boat on the water and is perfect for inexperienced and pro sailors alike. It is also a really rare form of boat as a majority of the hulls left are found in Canada, so its a great piece of history as well. Needs a full restoration and a good amount of time to get it back fully operational. GRP work required, in particular the small hole below the waterline that I didn't get round to doing.
This was a project taken on a few years ago however due to the pandemic and work commitments, I simply don't have the time to finish it. Viewing is recommended before bidding. We can deliver the boat (Mainland UK only) so if you don't have a trailer we can drop it off and place it on stands for the time being at an agreed charge.
