Maxi 100 Cruising Yacht

A development of the earlier Maxi 95 the Maxi 100 is a strongly built 31ft. Family cruiser with a masthead rig and a fair turn of speed. Her interior is teak panelled with plenty of storeage. Displacing 4.50 tonnes , 1.55m draught, with an iron fin keel, skeg-mounted rudder and wheel steering there is a large safe cockpit with access to GPS chartplotter and VHS radio and mike as well as full instrumentation and radar screen. Seldon mast and boom (spinnaker pole) mast height 11.8m deck stepped, slab mainsail reefing, radial cut genoa on furlex roller reefing, Kemp sails with packaway stacking and lazyjacks and fitted sprayhood.

Volvo penta MD11D fresh water indirect cooled inboard engine, accessible from all sides for servicing, shaft drive with twin blade propeller and stainless steel fuel tank. Interior is generous teak joinery throughout the forepeak, saloon galley and heads with gimballed stainless steel grill and oven, fresh and seawater taps to sink, stainless steel lined coolbox and 200 litre fresh water tank. Heads with sink mirror and toilet. Double berth in forepeak, two generous berths in separate stern cabin accessed from cockpit companionway with smoked glass doors give a light and airey feel to a saloon with plenty of headroom with table and bench seating which converts to two more bunks. There is Eberspacher heating keeping all areas warm and dry.

Instrumentation in the saloon is GPS,VHS with cockpit repeaters, Depth sounder, wind speed, Simrad autopilot, twin batteries with 50A alternator and navigation lights. A recent out of water survey is also available.
