Memory 19 Gaff Rigged 19' Sailing Yacht Ready To Sail Away

‘Charm’ is a very attractive and much loved 19’ Gaff rigged Memory 19 inshore sailing yacht with two-person cuddy cabin. She has two full size berths as well as room for small cooker. Hull and decks are Fibreglass GRP with simulated carvel planked hull, so she is beautiful but without all the hard work of a wooden boat. Solidly built 1975 by Liverpool Boat Company, she is suited to both Inland waterways and Coastal waters. 
Large deep cockpit, tiller steering, and lifting keel so she can explore all those shallow creeks.

Full suit of tan sails including new topsail. Solid varnished spruce spars: gaff, boom, bowsprit and main mast is tabernacle stepped. 
Nearly new Mercury 3.5 HP 4 Stroke Outboard on raising bracket with less than 8 hours use. Steering Compass, Fenders, Lines all included, as well as a depth sounder (needs 12v battery). She has fittings for an inboard engine if required, including stern gland, fuel tank mountings and through hull fittings.

Sale includes fibreglass outboard well which has not been fitted. 
Loaded on strong road trailer, ready to tow away. Currently ashore in Portland, she has turned heads in Weymouth and surrounding waters with the family on board, but I’m now getting too old to make the best use of her. She is a real sailing yacht, and I’ve priced her low and would love her to go to a family that enjoys real sailing and who will take care of her.
