Mfv For Sale 1964 30ft - Mercedes Motor OM352 Marine 120 Bhp Engine

This is a boat project. She is an MFV, built in 1964 at the IOM. She got a new wheelhouse fitted last autumn and I added fresh layers of paint, epoxied the new wheelhouse from the inside and outside, added a linoleum floor inside the living area as well as added some furniture. The inside compromises of 2 compartments, 1 living and kitchen area (kitchenette comes with stove, sink and tap, all it needs is a small water tank connected to the pipes) a small front room with a toilet (fittings are there but needs to be reconnected). There is also a functional wood burner inside the front cabin.

The upper deck wheelhouse (perfect as a leisure area) and the compartment to the back, perfect for adding a sleeping area. She still needs some more work done and would be perfect for semi-onboard living. The boat comes with quite a lot of extra material, insulation foam boards, paints and smart charger to keep the batteries topped up, just to name a few. Batteries (2 110 Amp, 12 V) are brand new, the Mercedes motor OM352 marine 120 BHP engine runs perfectly well. The boat is currently moored at a Marina in East London, the mooring space is transferrable to the next owner.

Sold as seen - good little project. Please note, she is an original sea boat and due to the draught size not suitable for constant cruising on the London canal system, perfect though for cruising on the Thames river and Lea River.
