Dimensions: LOA (EXC RUDDER) 6.8m (22ft 3im), LWL 6.1m (20ft), Beam 2.5m (8ft 4in)Draught 1.6/0.48m (5ft 4in/1ft 7in) Displacement 1,270kg Ballast 318kgHull: moulded GRP, Keel Lifting cast iron Accommodation – Sitting headroom, the cabins hold two berths apiece of 6ft 4 in minimum length. All have stowage beneath, direct to the hull and open lockers above which run around the side decks. These are fronted in teak-faced ply and all other joinery is in this material and most in good condition. The table which mounts simply on a aluminium tube, makes a double conversion forward and when out of use is laid flat.
The offset main hatch which is a folding unit that lifts only to about 50 degrees before being checked by a locking strut allows a roomy loo compartment to starboard with a new opening window. The galley opposite makes best use of space available with sink, formica work surface with stowage under bulkhead. Racks for plates and cups.In the aft cabin the two batteries are sited under a berth and access to engine is via the hatch steps.Single burner gas stove is in the forecabin. I bought this from the original owner and started a programme of refurbishment last year. New standing rigging.

Several large storage lockers in large centre cockpit. Roller Furling jib. Slab reefing mainsail both valeted. Cockpit cover valeted. Space for seal toilet or porta potti.All cushions present and in very good condition.Anchor and chain.
Fixed VHF and new Garmin fish finder present but not fully fitted. Comes with fenders and mooring lines. I am now returning to work and do not have the time to complete my programme but the boat apart from headlining and some electrics is complete. This is a sailing boat that has been looked after by its original owner. I antifouled the boat end of 2020.
Currently on a swing mooring on the Beaulieu River, Hampshire. I am happy to answer any questions.. Viewings are encouraged but please note this is on a River and will require a tender to reach the boat (which we have).
