Mirage 28 Sailing Yacht 28ft

A 1980 Mirage 28, 28ft yacht. Very reliable and well performing yacht, which is fully functional but would gain from some TLC, mainly to improve on some shortcomings in the cabin. In general, in a pretty good shape, as I have done multiple changes and repairs since purchase in 2015. However, It has been standing on the yard since last season as I have been unable to attend to it.
