Mitchell mk1 Fishing Boat

Mitchell 31 foot fishing boat,mk1 ,cummins 300hp approx year 95,runs well,fully marinised, 2 Garmin chartplotter ,one only 9 months old, boat was out the water approx 18 months ago were it was antifouled,new anodes,all sea cocks replaced to,at the same time it had a full survey done at a cost of £480 for insurance purposes so wont have to worry about that for a few years,vhf radio,radar ,old but works perfect,auto pilot,boat is approx 1976/ 79 year of build,this boat was an ex Guernsey pilot boat,Google name and you will see pictures of It,or you tube its name,eperon dor to see video of boat running,it cruises around 12to13 knots at 2000 revs,but full throttle will achieve 16,17 knots,has a 700 litre fuel tank witch is 3/4 full,only selling as I dont use it as much as I thought I would,got an electric winch that can be controlled from in cabin or up on the bow,full anchor and chain with 150 ' of rope,boat do smoke abit on start up but once warmed up it clears,has wiper,3 bulge pumps,this boat is ready to use as it is,if I was keeping it,prob do with updating in the cabin as the wood looks old and faded,or just use as is,got a new cover for the back when not in use as this is what had to be done as part of the survey to insure it,plus other things I had to do ,can arrange lift out on to trailer this end ,approx £200 ,boat is located in cardiff bay,I'm starting auction of at 10,000 as it's well worth this,I originally bought this boat from Jersey and had to pay import duty on top of price I paid for boat,have receipt for this to,any questions call me on phone,£200 deposit within 24hrs of auction ending ,rest either cash or bank transfer before boat gets lifted out of water, it also has 2 stainless steel keels so will beach nicely ,
