This system was decommissioned, but can be reconnected. The pipes, LPG tank and filler cap are all still in place. Has two batteries in Engine Room which serve the two Vetus engines and the Hatz donkey engine.Has two batteries which serve interior lighting, exterior signal lights.OTHER INFO:Wood burner fitted and carbon monoxide detector fitted.Fire safety tool storage box.Wood storage box.Storage Boxes on outside of BoatSafety Tiller, which can be attached in emergency for emergency steering. Racking and work bench fitted.Roof above work shop can be removed at the rear next to engine room.Roof in engine room above both engines can be removed for hoisting engines.Last survey and BSS was in 2020, both these reports can be sent to potential buyers on request. I have the service history dating back to 2004, it is basic showing dates and brief description of works and services carried out through the years.Prior to 2004 it was serviced by the Environment Agency in house.
Areas I believe need attention:The external wood burner flue needs replacing due to holes. The deck and exterior cabin need repainting.
