Narrowboat 25ft In Central London

This 25ft Narrowboat has been built by Atoz Marine in 2014 and is equipped for canal living This lovely narrowboat has been my home for the last 2 and a half years as a continuous cruiser in central London It is powered by a highly reliable Barrus Shire Engine with 28hp which has been serviced last January. The engine has never let me down and comes with only 450 running hours. Hot watered for the shower is provided via the approx. 30L Calorifier through running the engine. The following kit is installed: - Onboardsolar solar panels 330W, regulator and 500 W inverter, LED lighting and usb charger, shore line connection - JVC sound system installed, 75 Gallon water tank, water pump with shower / wet room, cassette loo - Solid fuel fire (3KW), great in winter - Headlight for night cruising - Full canopy and cratch cover from 2017 - Survey from 2016 available - BSS has been renewed in January and is valid until 01/2023.
