Narrowboat 30FT Traditional

30 foot traditional narrowboat for saleExcellent Vetus M310 Engine & a Hurth hydraulic Gearbox.Safety certificate until end of the year just had CRT 6 months license but I don't think that this will be able to go with the boat due to the new vehicle laws which are the same as a car which do not allow current tax to be transferred to the new owner.Built I believe around 1972 as the brass plaques with the boat date back to 1973.So it was made with better quality British Steel than the boats built now.It has center double side opening doors on the side you can't see in the photos,I couldn't get to the other side to take photos you can just make them out on one of the photos of the interior.Onboard we haveWoodstoveMorco gas water heaterFull size gas cookerHot & cold waterSink & drainerSmall fridge.Single bed frameShower room-which needs finishing or starting over Boat has had a lot of work done recently but does still require some finishing in places,although it won't really take too much work to get it up to scratchI just don't have the time or the energy to do the work Boat was out for blacking 2 years ago and is due again this year. The last couple of photos of the hull were taken at this time, the hull is in good condition and as you can see in the photos was overplated on both sides from the chimes at the front to the swim at the rear at some time previously to that.I have been on the boat for over 2 years now and have thoroughly enjoyed it, now however it's time to sell it and move on.I'm open to serious offers on the asking price and if you are genuinely interested I would advise you come in person and view the boat which you may do at any time.No mooring with the boat.Please ask any questions you may have
