Lockers: Bow locker with space for 2 gas canisters. 1 bedroom with convertible bed and living area with 2 seater sofa included. 2 brand new tilted mounted solar panels power 12v fridge with freezer compartment & propex gas heater for under bed heating. Brand new Morso squirrel multi-fuel stove (with 10 year guarantee). Boiler for immediate hot water powering the shower and taps.

Fitted kitchen with gas oven and grill and 4 ring hob, loads of storage and wall mounted spice rack. Fitted storage cabinets in the bedroom and hallway for books (or shoes). Bathroom has cassette loo with spare cassette. Plenty of plugs sockets. Loads of cupboards in the kitchen for storage.
