Narrowboat Canal Boat

Up for auction is a lovely 57ft 2007 narrowboat built by new holland. Semi trad stern. The hull is constructed of a 10mm baseplate 6mm up to the gunnels 5 mm sides and a 4mm roof. Owned from new and meticulously maintain the hull is in fantasic condition and was blacked as recently as 2 months ago. It has been blacked and inspected every 2 years new anodes were also fitted.
The engine bay houses a Beta 43 fitted with a prm 260 both have been maintained to a very high standard. A new bank of leisure batteries was fitted this year in the summer and the starter battery the year previously. All are charged by the engine or the solar panels on the roof. Hot water is supplied by either running the engine or a mikuni diesel heater to the calorifier. The mikuni also feeds several radiators along the vessel so you have a choice of ways to heat the vessel a willow wood burning stove is also fitted.
The interior of the vessel has a traditional fit out the kitchen has a thetford caprice mk3 4 ring cooker with oven and grill. A lec fridge with ice box is also fitted along with a zanussi washing machine. A very large stainless steel water tank is fitted in the bow. The bath room has a lovely big corner bath fitted and a shower over. A sink and taps also fitted.
12v led lighting through out and 240v sockets which are supplied by a 3000w shoreline inverter or the 240 hook up point with automatic switch over. Inconclusion a very well equiped and built boat.
