Rosetta has travelled to 95% of the canal and river network and a bridge has not stopped her yet! The hull is a conventional narrow boat design, with a raked bow, flat bottom mid-section and countered stern.

High quality 10mm base plate, 6mm side plates up to the gunnel's and 4mm for the windows and roof. Double glazed gold framed windows with top air opening windows and vents.The superstructure is painted in traditional colours with beautiful flower detail to incredibly high standard by Phil Speight, a well renowned and highly sought-after canal professional. The interior is bespoke, lined and fitted in wood. The floors are dark varnished oak whilst the ceilings, wheelhouse, kitchen, living area and fitted furniture has been crafted in beautiful Ash wood. Care and consideration have been taken with the wiring of Rosetta from under gunnell, ceiling and swivelling spotlights, all LED and energy efficient, allowing lighting to be adjusted easily as needed.

Floor spots are fitted and USB socket fitted in the bedroom area.As you enter Rosetta through the cabin, unusually for narrow boats, there is a private toilet room with a cassette toilet. You then enter into the open double bedroom area with fully fitted double wardrobe with sliding doors, interior light and fixed safe. There is above headboard cupboard storage and a 4 foot double bed with full storage underneath.Next is the fully enclosed bathroom which has a full size bath with a gulper pump, a shower with attachment taps and a standard size hand basin. As Rosetta has a large water tank storage of 1500 LTR capacity you can comfortably bathe when you need to relax without the worry of running out of water for your morning cup of tea. There is ample space to also have a cassette/composting toilet situated within the bathroom should you wish.

The bathroom suite may benefit from some modernisation. Leaving the bathroom you enter into the galley kitchen/dining area. The cooker has four ring gas hobs with grill and oven. There is an under counter 12v fridge, a small overhead storage cupboard. There is a double sink with a middle drainer and ample tiled work surface with under counter cupboards.

Space for a washing machine is available.The kitchen area has a double door hatch on one side that also has a wide roof hatch allowing the sky to come flooding in. On a gorgeous sunny day it is an amazing open sky space to the boat. The kitchen/dining area opens into the main cabin which gives a spacious, light and airy feel. Currently fitted with a bespoke corner sofa with a large pull out double bed access making Rosetta easily able to accommodate 4/6 adults comfortably. There are a large amount of under sofa storage compartments.

There are two bespoke Ash wood cabinets one on either side of the cabin for storage and office area. One of them is a writing/computer cabinet which allows you to lock up and put things away when you have finished keeping the space open and free.She is fitted at the bow of the boat with a Morso Squirrel Multi Fuel Solid burning stove which is a wet system but is disconnected from the radiators as a diesel central heating system is currently in use. A new water heater was fitted in 2013. Wide bespoke doors providing a private extension to the lounge area when open and latched lead to the bow which has a lockable gas locker area with large storage facility. The bow has a fixed vintage brass tunnel lamp originally fitted on an old fire engine which receives lots of lovely compliments!

Rosetta is a fully kitted out live aboard narrowboat with everything that you need to enjoy your off grid living. She has a wonderful spacious feel and with the wooden interior throughout she has a warmth and cosiness just waiting for you to make her your new home !
