Hi and welcome to our auction for Moon DustWe bought this boat about a month ago to use her as floating storage space.This was a good size for us as you can turn it around in most places on the Grand UnionShe is a 30 ft cruiser stern boat built in 1969 by A Rice.She has a safety certificate dated 04/05/2015. Expiry 04/05/2019She has a side door entering into a galley then toilet shower room then front saloon with log burner,fixed seating and cupboards with shelf and space for TV to stand on.( not included in the sale). Front opening doors.There is a water tank and gas locker with bottle but these have not been tested either.No guarantee can be given to any of the contents of the boat working. She is strictly sold as seen as we have never used any appliances as bought for storage only.The CRT licences are now non transferable and so you will need to licence her.As she is more than 25 years old you are only able to get 3rd party insurance unless you get a hull survey. There is small amount of visible water in engin bay. Apparently previous owner reported that water has always been there. Further investigation found a small drip from propellor shaft seal and may need renewing.
