60 foot narrowboat. Great condition hull but yes it’s a project boat but all the basic fundamentals are there, ie plumbing electrical wiring . Beta marine engine .pump out toilet.. 1994 boat. The boat has a wash room and shower sink basin.
All in working order but I disconnected them coz I took out the kitchen.. New water pump new Mikita chain saw , 2 devil heaters , 2 gas bottles new generator. Bedroom area is fine as you can see new carpet on lower wall area one side but I can’t do the other as not well enough. But the carpet is here . Squirrel fuel stove radiators throughout for the central heating.. I think the boat is 1994 was surveyed in 2016 for insurance purposes out of the water and was fine.
