Nicholson 30 (1978 approx) Fin Keel Yacht. Sole 16hp (new 2011). 5 berths. Cold pressurised fresh water system. Heads with shower.

CABIN DETAILS: The private forward cabin has a double berth. The heads compartment has a marine WC, a wash basin with pressurised cold water shower head. On both sides of the saloon there is seating around a central dining table. The starboard seating converts to a double berth and there is a pilot berth to port. The galley is aft and to port.

It is well equipped with:- a Plastimo two burner gas stove, a sink with pressurised cold fresh water supply, a cool box, work surface and locker storage. Opposite the galley is the chart table with electrical switch panel, GPS and VHF radio. There are stowage lockers in the cockpit. DECK EQUIPMENT: Anchor and chain and warp. Electric anchor windlass.
