Thanks. This 170TF model has only had freshwater use and is fitted out with a Terrova 55lb thrust Minn Kota drive with two remotes, foot control pedal and ipilot. This can be seen working.
It is also fitted with a Lowrance Elite 5 HDI Chart plotter. It’s also been fitted with superb quality stainless steel quick adjust multiple rod holders. Originally it had two 12v batteries one for the outboard and plotter and one for the Minn Kota. We tested the Minn Kota outboard with a Lithium Ion 20000mah battery (not included) the size of a smart phone and it performed well as you can see in this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch? V=i4TX80ygi3g The boat comes complete with GPS i-pilot Minn Kota trolling motor and equipment and sits on a Nitro trailer, there is no outboard but it is rated up to 120hp ideal to spec your own for your fishing and the helm and steering cable remains with the boat and therefore a straightforward installation.
I would suggest the minimum would be 40-50hp but as a fast fisher ideal with 60+ and takes any long shaft outboard. To test the boat we pushed this Nitro along with a tiller outboard with extension (not included) but this could be a practical option if perhaps the boat is on a permanent mooring on a speed restricted lake for example or awaiting delivery of the main outboard.We also have many accessories such as anchors, fenders buoyancy aids, ropes etc if required. The boat and trailer are ready to go and it comes with an all over touring cover. You are welcome to come and view the boat in Stratford upon Avon before you buy if you would like to and we would encourage you to arrange a viewing.
