Norman 18 cabin cruiser with 4-stroke outboard and un-braked trailer For sale last of my project boats, currently on my best mate's front garden and he wants the space back..... Basics: GRP cruiser, believed Norman 18 (17’6” beam 6’10”).Teleflex steering (disconnected from engine).Johnson 15Hp 4-stroke.Single-lever engine control in situ (disconnected from engine).Unbraked functional but tired looking trailer.Cockpit canopy (surprisingly good).Handful of miscellaneous bits, including fenders, helm chair and mis-matched seat cushions. Detail: Boat could be used as is for day trips or fishing, but would benefit from some restoration.Watertight hull, last afloat autumn 2017. Last on Thames 2014 (much to my wife's annoyance).Superstructure has been painted at some point in the past; we used to wash and use as is, but a repaint would transform the look.Johnson 15 hp 4 stroke Electric start engine with emergency pull start facility last run autumn 2017(engine currently dismounted). Engine has superficial marks to GRP hood as per pictures (from before my time). Leg requires a good clean.Trailer only currently legal for launching and storage and yard moves (was braked now un-braked - removed before my time).Cockpit canopy shows signs of age but cleans up really well, is remarkably weatherproof and has clear windows.One Perspex window in the cockpit windscreen missing - easy to replace.

Teleflex steering works and is still in place.Single lever engine throttle control still in place and working when last tested.Engine currently dismounted from boat. Boat comes with several fenders, helm chair, an adjustable boat hook some mismatched but functional seating cushions.Cockpit woodwork could do with refurb - I was about to start this when house move occurred....Trailer tyres old - one holds air well, the other holds air for purposes of moving around yard, loading etc Please note that I would advise that the boat and trailer be loaded onto a suitable trailer/wagon for removal, though this is clearly the buyer’s call. Boat on sale from starting bid no hidden reserve; the engine, engine remotes and Teleflex steering alone are worth significantly more than the starting bid. Thank you for looking.
