Norman 18 Cabin Cruiser. Lovely 2 Berth Boat.

Lovely Norman 18 in fantastic condition. Anti fouled in march. BSC to 2018. Broads toll paid and mooring can be transferred to the new owner depending on sale price. Hull, transom and decks in good condition - no osmosis or stress cracks.

Great little mariner 9.9hp four stroke outboard with electric start and remote steering. Starts easily and was serviced last year. New auto bilge pump, not that it needed it as there isn't a drop of water in the bilges.Will do 7 knots downhill with the wind and tide behind you. New sliding drivers, and removable passenger seat. Loads of storage under all seats and berths, in the bow and in the gunwales.

Twin v berth which converts to a double, extra seating in cockpit - all the cushions are in great condition. Lockable doors to cabin, cabin curtains in good condition. Canopy new last year, expensive frame new this year, some of the photos show the old frame which was made from tent poles and pipe lagging. New frame can be seen in the last photo. Starter and leisure batteries, shore power and lead, 12 and 240 volt sockets, starter battery charges from the engine, leisure battery charges from the solar panel.

12v lighting throughout. 12 volt usb and cigar lighter sockets, 2 x 240 volt sockets. New Navigation and top lights, loads of new rope, plenty of fenders. Including two giant ones for stern on mooring, and a mud weight included. We bought this for weekend use and have really enjoyed it, but the other half would like something bigger.
